Have been using Alison at the Wareham office for the last year and the service have been A+ Star. She and the team have used all available tools to market and sell the property. It has proven to be a very difficult sell with the property being a Woolaway and very strict Covenants in the deeds but they embraced the challenge head on and worked with all relevant parties to produce a sell. GoogleI am so pleased that I purchased Puddle Cottage through DOMVS. Having moved from my home of 27 years in Cheshire, I rented and viewed 39 properties, first in Berkshire and then Dorset. Truth to tell I was considering taking a break from viewing and had only one more booked viewing, and that was Puddle Cottage! Not all of the many Estate Agents I dealt with had the high standards that I found with DOMVS and I’m grateful to all at the Dorchester branch and the other branches in the county for being so helpful, delightful and professional.
Praise too to whoever looks after DOMVS advertising and graphics. The DOMVS ‘adverts’ on Facebook are so well done; I still view those posts though I’m certainly not thinking of moving out of Puddle Cottage. I would highly recommend DOMVS. They make finding a home a delight and not a drama! JK

Domvs in Bridport successfully sold my house in July 2023. It had been a tricky sale with two unforeseeable setbacks requiring the property to be re-marketed. Benjamin, with office support from Dorchester did an excellent job throughout. I was impressed by his continued enthusiasm and attention to detail with no time wasted when marketing had to be re-started and new buyers were found almost immediately.His local knowledge and affinity with the town and its community, together with his friendly personality made him a perfect choice for me and I understand that his approach suited the buyers well too. His advice on the sale was spot on, with the valuation appropriate for a rapidly changing market, and he achieved a particularly good result. Benjamin and Domvs took on the full workload at the outset, from marketing and dealing with viewings and the buyer, to liaising with the solicitors through to completion and making the sale process very straightforward for me. I would thoroughly recommend his work and be happy to use his services and those of Domvs in Bridport again.
