This is my 10th and possibly last move for a while at least, Domvs sold my house for more than the asking price and a cash buyer into the bargain, however it wasnt the case and thats where Domvs earned there fee, someone joined the bottom of the chain and delayed it quite a bit, Marcus pound was the aftersales negotiator, i have to say he was brilliant and always on the case and the chain probably would have collapsed if not for him, Domvs sales and aftersales are excellent and would recommend them 110%.

GoogleI rarely bother to review anything but I feel it important in a world of choice for agents in Weymouth and Dorchester that you are aware that if you are looking to let your property, you're likely to be waiting a while. A senior letting representative of this agent is seemingly judgemental and dismissive. She was border line rude in her contact and that's when she bothered to reply. If you like a '1952 Tory' judgement of your circumstances or needs then this is the agent for you. But don't expect a hard working family who are enthusiastic and interested in your home.

The expertise and guidance provided by DOMVS from the initial enquiry through to the completion date were exemplary. The advice provided was concise and reassuring, being based on a wealth of knowledge of the sales market in the locality. This resulted in the property being pitched correctly for the current market conditions and meeting the guide price given. Communication throughout the process has been very good which was critical given that the property was sold at auction and from the date of sale, we had a six-week window to complete.
