Just sold my cottage, end of March. The sale took some time due to some complicated historical paperwork. It turned out to be rather stressful. The team at Domvs we’re fantastic. Following a prolonged & complicated sale the Team at DOMVS managed to get it over the line, working closely with our solicitor, buyers and keeping us in the loop. We are very grateful to Nicky, Marcus, Emma, Laura & Gillian for their expertise, understanding & kindness in what was an emotional sale. The office phone is ALWAYS answered and doesn't go to answerphone so the contact is good. The team is very professional & yet maintains a friendly support while navigating the variables of selling a house. 5 star isn't really enough when reviewing John Beauchamp at Domus. He merits far more! I've been beyond impressed at John's professionalism, his commitment and communication throughout our dealings. And would urge anyone wanting to sell or buy in this area to trust to John and only him. He is super smart, committed and very very good at determining a sensible strategy and at the execution. He is a total joy to work with too which makes a massive difference to selling and buying property. I so hope we stay in touch and I wish him much deserved success

From the first time that Polly Greenway entered our house, to advise us of the market value, to the day we handed the keys over on completion, the whole team in Dorchester were so professional and friendly. Both Stuart and Kate worked so hard to keep our very long chain going and were joined, by Marcus, towards the end. I would have no hesitation in recommending DOMVS to my friends and family and will be using them in the future. From the beautiful photographs, tempting brochures and constant updates, together with the additional London advertising with Fine & Country, DOMVS may not be the cheapest but really worked for their commission. "Pay peanuts and you'll get monkeys!" Thank you.

We have purchased/sold a number of properties in the past most recently selling a property via the Dorchester branch of DOMVS. Our initial contact with Greg reassured us that we were dealing with a professional, effective and dynamic team. As our sale progressed, through no fault of DOMVS, things became significantly difficult and very frustrating. However, it could have been much more stressful if it hadn't been for Marcus. He liaised extremely effectively with all parties and kept us informed at all times. DOMVS Dorchester are a great team and I would strongly recommend them to any potential seller or buyer. Determined professionalism with a genuine compassion has been our experience with DOMV's. For a whole roller coaster year they have delt with numerous set backs and interruptions selling my late mother property who quite correctly insisted that DOMV's will handle the sale. What ever the query or question the staff will always aim to provide answers and keep you up to date promptly with information.
