They were incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly and as easily as possible.
I would like to mention Greg Carter and Marcus Pound.They were very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and happy to go above and beyond in order to make sure we were put at ease within the process.
Marcus went above and beyond to make sure everything is in order, and even though we went trough a very stressful process he made sure he is always available to help. We probably wouldn t have done it without him!
I would also like to comment that they exhibited a high level of patience when necessary.
Would definitely recommend, and would be happy to work with again!

What can I say about Marcus Pound at DOMVS Preston….. I was in the process of buying a house in Sutton Poyntz and my “conveyancing lawyers” were worst than appalling…. Marcus took me through everything… without this marvellous man I really don’t know where I would be now…. I actually was home alone, no furniture, no food, no internet, no tv from 16th December 21 till 5th January 22. All Christmas I was by myself, because my incompetent lawyers took 10 days off for Christmas and New Year… the situation then got worse….. the exchange had to be cancelled because of my lawyers! Yet again Marcus was there for me every step of the way. Explaining all the legal jargon… eventually he took over because I was admitted to hospital… the stress and strain of it all had certainly took its toll… I had great faith in Marcus and again his professionalism was beyond the call of duty. I will NEVER move again! But if I really had to relocate I would use DOMVS and Marcus Pound without a doubt. Amazing man, patience and understanding in what is the most stressful time. I can’t rate him high enough…. So a big thank you to Marcus and all at DOMVS.

From day 1*Original letter sent to Mr & Mrs...blamed on ‘system’*EA viewings - mislead viewers...’ can convert garage....can extend property ‘ its grade 2 listed which they knew* Viewings were taken away from DOMVS as they could not answer viewers questions and gave incorrect and misleading information ie..can extend a grade 2 listed thatched cottage ! Feedback was most preferred the owner to accompany them on a viewing.*Property ‘disappeared’ from a Rightmove...as many others under their control and they didn’t even notice!*No feedback from viewings..had to chase DOMVS all the time*Promised weekly stats...happened twice...then nothing*Appts not prequalified...details incorrect.....people turning up with children and grandchildren despite supposedly being told only 2 people due to COVID.*Messages left on the phone by negotiator which were totally different reasons for cancelled appt to that of ‘Director’....it just goes on....*Finally, the viewing today had NOT been confirmed...I’d emailed 4 days prior to and asked viewing to be changed as I had two properties of my own to view....they didn’t deal with the email...luckily I called them ...so I cancelled both my own viewings....and the one they booked never turned up! Great service!End of...enough...totally and utterly incompetent. Viewings were ‘bums in seats’ and ‘chuck enough s..t at the wall’ ...complete rubbish ....so I’ve told DOMVS to collect their signage as I do not want to be associated with a bunch of incompetent i....s.AFTER DOMVS RESPONSEclearly missed the point! ...at least you’re consistent !....and the person responding to this did host a viewing ...says it all....hence why the listing was taken away

As you decided to conduct the viewings yourself, unfortunately, we were unable to manage the entire experience for you. Sadly, in these circumstances, we cannot always foresee whether people will observe our Covid rules in terms of bringing more family members. Also, as agents, to provide consistent feedback, we meet viewers ourselves to measure expectations and avoid any inconsistencies. We note your point about the last booking and can offer communication from the viewer stating they made the mistake by cancelling with the wrong agent. With regards to Rightmove, on occasions, technical hitches are out of our hands but are immediately rectified. Every single client is hugely important to us and we try to understand and resolve any issues directly but have not had the opportunity to do so which is a shame. We hope to hear from you to resolve the situation and dive deeper into the points you have raised individually.

One of the things that made them stand out was the video tour they made of our house which was a mini ‘Escape to the Country’. Alongside using a professional photographer, they really presented our house at its best on their website. DOMVS made video tours of houses long before Covid made that a necessity.We felt closely involved all the way, including consultation with us in the description of our property and the village. He introduces it discreetly at the end of January and I had 10 viewings and received 4 offers in under 5 months…all from introductions by John and not from Rightmove.
