Coming from a property background, dealing with Northwood team has been a breeze. They have always been attentive and quick with responding to any queries or matters. From Nikki first attending for the first consultation, again down to earth, transparent and had our best interests in mind considering our circumstances to then dealing with Joana has been nothing but a breeze and fluid transition. Spoken to Joana on the phone a fair amount of times and every matter has been dealt with professionally and quickly. Joana is very approachable and easy to deal with and a credit to Northwood, along with the rest of the team! As being a first time landlord would recommend the Northwood Doncaster team highly.

From dealing with Nicky for the initial valuation and then after agreeing the sale the rest of the team especially Karen and Jennie have been fantastic. Constantly updating us on the latest developments and keeping us informed of what is happening. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an estate agent to market their property. GoogleThe best agency I have ever encountered in my life. In the last couple years any time when i had a problem with the house which I'm renting, they sent an engineer to fix the problem asap. I contact with them by phone, I talked many agents from there, all of them are polite, respectful,very kind and helpful. Whoever hired them made an excellent team. I hear many stories from friends complaining about other agencies, problem with fixing things and I am just thinking I am so glad I am with Northwood, I never have theese kind of problems. There is an inspection in every half year, other than that, they never bother me. A friend recommended the agency for me and I absolutely recommend it too.

Direct reviewsFrom the initial valuation to completion the staff, especially Karen, were very good. They were available to talk to on the phone or in the office, nothing was too much trouble, they kept us up to date with any information they had regarding the sale. I would definitely recommend using the Intake office for anyone looking for a helpful estate agent.

GoogleI’ve been in contact with Northwood for the last month awaiting my move into my new property. I can 100% say how lovely the team are and how unbelievably helpful they are. Especially to Logan who has been handling everything behind the scenes. He has been outstanding, I’ve never had someone so dedicated to help, if I had any issues he replied so quickly which was really helpful. And in general has made the whole process seem like a breeze. I’m extremely impressed with the Doncaster team and their service. I look forward to having them there for me through my tenancy 😊

Direct reviewsLindsey has been my first point of contact from the start, which for me has been a great help as you are not speaking to lots of different people so at no point did I feel like I was going round in circles and I always got the answers I needed from her. I found Lindsey to be very knowledgeable about rentals, she explained clearly all the different options available. I always felt that she was there for me to help and at no point did she make me feel like I was taking her time up. Overall an excellent start to my journey with working with Northwood.
