GoogleI’ve sent multiple emails, left multiple messages, placed multiple enquiries through Zoopla and not once have Northwood gotten back to me about any properties I was interested in. There are lots of estate agents out there, and very few that are any good…but this lot take the biscuit.

Direct reviewsNorthwood Doncaster have been my property business partner for over ten years now and in the main we have had an EXCELLENT working relationship, as new faces join and old faces move on in recent years one face who I deal with regular is Joana Ursica (Head of Property Maintenance), what an outstanding person she is, always willing to go the extra mile never giving in or losing hope and always willing to dig deeper and go the extra mile and needless to say as patient as the day is long - long may she remain at Northwood - Finally just one example of her unparalleled service and support, yesterday I requested by email a 5 yearly fixed wiring Electrical Certificate which was done in 2021 for one of my properties , I requested it at 1725 and I received it four minutes later - KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK !

I recently met him in person as he was doing end of Tenancy for a property I was taking over and it was a pleasure to meet him in person. He had a lot of helpful advise and tips for me regarding repairs to the property and went above and beyond in helping me out.

They have always been excellent at communicating with me as well as advising when work may need to be done on the house. They also go over and above, such as recently when Joana at the Doncaster branch organised a valuation on the property for a potential remortgage, but all the staff at the branch are exceptionally helpful.
