Northwood made this process very simple by suggesting we sell with our tenant in situ and advertising to their investors first. We received an offer quickly. Karen was fantastic all the way through the process. She kept us informed and was in contact with the buyer so was able to provide updates that we didn't always receive from our solicitors. Joe Fielding of the Doncaster Branch is a real hero in my eyes....This chap was given the impossible task of contacting my landlord who decided not to respond to Joe's phone calls, of which I understand were numerous, it must have been frustrating to him as he knew I was also...Eventually....the landlord decided to respond to Joe's calls and to his efforts in trying to resolve the issue...which he has done to my satisfaction...out of 10 I give Joe 11...he is a great guy and must be a real asset to Northwood...well done Joe

Google(BAD POINTS FIRST) very poor start to the sale of our house.slow at chaseing things up never kept in touch. I had to call in to the office at Intake on lots of occasions just to try and find things out about the sale of our house.communication was very poor.
