Liars , waste of time and money. What to expect if you need Kembles. Everytime when i called them answer was we will call you back, and never called me, promises wich never happened. Only Dragos has tried to help us but he is not always in office. Me and my friends totally disappointed, so better try to find someone who's really professional not them, not those arrogants!

So my story with Kembles started a few months ago when I had my first viewing, everything perfect, no problems. The problems start after you rent from them, when a "lady" there thinks she's the center of the universe, and treats you like a stray dog ​​when you try to ask legitimate questions. Secondly, and most seriously, lies, lies, lies... I had a problem that required the intervention of the installer, I called Dragoș, he said that he does not deal with maintenance, I understood, nothing serious. After that I called the agency and was told that it would be resolved the next day at the latest. I waited a day, two, three...nothing. I call the agency and they tell me that because of the pandemic the plumber cannot come, and that we will be notified when someone comes. We had already started to lose our patience, and we started to insist, but every time it was the pandemic's fault and we were answered as if it was our fault that we have problems and in a very nasty tone and after all that, lies... why lies? Because I asked the plumber how he finally agreed to come, and he clearly said that he was only notified the day before, and that he works normally, and he never used the pandemic as an excuse. Many acquaintances have rented houses from them because it is much easier when you can speak Romanian, but the embarrassing limit is already reached when we are treated with superiority. I've never seen such arrogance from a person anywhere I've been. There would be a lot more to say, but that's not the case. I will encourage all people who have problems to leave a review here, and to go ahead with the complaints, This is just the beginning, such attitude and contempt cannot be accepted. We are not wild animals to be treated like this by a person who just has to do his job.
