I had a wonderful experience with this agency, for the second time already, which says a lot! Everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. I especially want to mention Luiza, she is absolutely amazing. She is very competent, incredibly fast in handling everything, and extremely well-organized. You can really feel that she cares about her clients and puts in real effort to make everything easy and stress-free. It’s honestly the best agency in the city in my opinion. Well I'll share my experience with you,future tenants/owners 😀. Lately I found myself in a situation that i had to move as soon as posibile.In my head I fiind really difficult to move here in Doncaster, I mean to fiind something decent to comfortable and the the ratio value for money to be right for both sides cuz some of these prices are exaggerated, that's been said I started to look online after reviews and I end up with Kembles .I call, Louise hang up ,since that call ,two 2 days later I see this ..I can't say beautiful,cuz everybody finds that word different but I can say "very "perfect for me,the space,the light,abooove expectation,I was going to see the studio with a wrong mindset created by the pictures but as I said It's aswome, I kinda like to live more now.Five days later I moved in. Everything was going smooth, maybe I was pressing a bit the agent cuz I was very stressed with the move itself but again,I came across with profesional people . I don't do this every day,it really surprise me in a good way.

Would give these folks 6 stars out of 5 if I could. As a new landlord, I have given them management of my first property. They found excellent tenants very rapidly and offered plenty of advice. Any maintenance issue is quickly sorted out with no unpleasant surprise. Amin who owns the agency is an experienced investor who helped me refurbish my 2nd property to a high standard thanks to access to a great builder. Kept me informed at all times during refurb. Property was rented in record time and above expected price. Amin, Jo and the rest of the team are all very trustworthy and caring people. To sum it up I wouldn't recommend kembles, what happened was im 19 and was moving out and my girlfriend had just moved to doncaster, we told dragos this so she wouldn't be able to provide proof of address as she'd only just moved and she was about to start a new job so didn't have any paychecks yet, and he said that's perfectly fine and that they would go off my paper work as I could have easily afforded it on my own ,got there to sign paperwork and issues began straight away dealt with a very rude woman (needs lessons in customer service coming from someone who's been in sales since I was 15) Then a week passes by and they say they need more paper work so we send it over, another week passes now they say they need a home owners guarantor, called and asked for some help got treated with nothing but rudeness and the same women being demeaning. Overall Dragos was lovely to deal with however the young blonde women needs putting in her place, e.g we went to kimcoh and was treated with nothing but respect and help then we were moved in within a week.
