Unbelievable and disappointing way of updating me. I noticed an apartment at Jenkinson Grove, Armthorpe, DN. Which I have shown very much interest in and said I wouldn't want to miss out on it and I didnt want to also waste thier time. I had confirmed date for viewing for the 29th even though I could have made it today the 13th April should the tenant confirmed yesterday for today's viewing but I was asked if I could make it for the 29th insted which I said yes. The tenant was not gotten hold of to have conformed for today's appointment 13th April 2022. I live in Basildon and had booked to stay in Sheffield so I can travel a shorter distance for viewing on my appointment date confirmed for 29th April at 2:30pm. I had began communication with this the agent (Louis and Sana) from the 8th of April. By chance I though to view the rooms again on their website, but seeing the add was no longer on their website, I emailed the office to find out if all was okay as I couldn't see the property online for some assurance/clarity. I then had an email back that the is no longer available. I wonder what would have happened If I didn't email to find out? I guess I would have been forgotten and turned up on the 29th for a no show!. I am very disappointed and will never venture this agent ever again. Highly unprofessional and very inconsiderate on how one is serious about their interest. Disgusting.! Then after they send me SMS canceling my appointment. ( I should have been told this property already has applicant applied for way before I emaild on the 8th of April, and my application not accepted in the first place. But no, with fear the other applicant may not go ahead, smart business move from them had me being lead on until the older applicant went ahead for them to just turn me down not considering where I was coming from and the time wasting.

"We have 2 years with Kembles, and we are very happy, highly recommend to everyone." Actually this comment Dragos asked me to write it, He begs for this type of comments. And I lived in a house from Kembles for 7 months, not 2 years (another lie) I will write in Romanian. The above comment is written at the insistence of Dragos. To my shame, I accepted, thinking I knew Dragos. There are many comments like this. This boy only knows how to fool the world and not answer the phone! I had to leave my job and come to RO because they forced me to leave the house! He brought someone else into the house. After I told the agency, their point of view was that I had an agreement with the current owner, but the current owner did not want to answer me when I asked him what agreement I had. Be very careful when you rent from them. They are ok if you accept their insensitivity and carelessness.

Kembles are friendly, efficient and are very good at both lettings and sales. Besides using them for our Company lets, I also sold my house through Kembles. I had it up for sale with a large well known company for 2 years with hardly any viewings, had it up for sale with Kembles and was sold within a month. From my experience Kembles Estates are amazing, I'm a relatively new tenant of one of their lovely flats here in Doncaster and from the first meeting when I viewed the property I knew they were a professional company, but they're not only professionals, they are so friendly, helpful and very responsive in every way, sadly I know from previous experiences that not all letting agents are the same, Kembles have to be the best around because they do everything possible to keep both the tenant and the property owner happy, seriously Kembles Estates deserve a minimum of 5 starsPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

In Doncaster one member of the team Joanne has done an amazing job to help and support me over the last two months from advocating on my behalf with the landlord to getting contractors to come and sort minor issues I've had. It wasn't the easiest period for me as I had to move property 4 times due to leaks in the ceiling but knowing that I had a real person communicating with me about it made everything much more manageable. Joanne did a stellar job to facilitate the moves and I'm sincerely grateful for all of her support and professionalism.
