Really impressed by Amin, Ian & the whole Kembles team. From completion to tenants moving in in 7 days - that's a great result and totally down to Kembles' expert local knowledge and sheer hard work. They seem to strike a great (and really hard to achieve) balance between keeping both landlords & tenants happy and clearly work towards and value long-term partnerships. A really refreshing change from the bigger - but far less personal - chains. As a portfolio landlord - who normally does not use lettings agents - I recommend Kembles wholeheartedly and with no reservations at all.

Seriously Impressed! Kembles seem to get stuff done in the way most other agents I have used don't: If they say they will / can do it, they do. None of the usual more in hope than expectation promises here, just sound advice based on experience and expert local knowledge. Kembles are a great advert for the benefit of a boutique and local agent, as opposed to those far less personal or local nationwide chains. Really refreshing and really good.

Hamlin Homes & K R Properties, After 15 years of managing our properties, it was with reluctance at first to handover full responsibility to a third-party. It turns out it’s the best thing we’ve ever done. We go from week to week without a second thought and as the years role by into retirement. It’s exactly what we needed. They are full on professional , they have translators for tenants.The tenants are happy, there’s never late payments. The tenants are well vetted and all the contracts are up to speed which these days is a God send. All the staff at Kembles , especially the manager. Kemble's have been our agency for the last year, very professional and friendly team in the office and both properties we have been in were generally decent. They do like to dot the i's and cross the t's with regards to the paperwork (bank statements and wage slips) and background checks but this I guess is standard practice when dealing with a reputable company.
