GoogleMe and Wesley got in touch with Belvoir the minute we spotted a beautiful little cottage and everyone was so helpful and helped us sort everything in no time! Before we got the keys Belvoir was even kind enough to let me go through a few days prior to getting the keys so I could plant a surprise gift in for Wesley as it was his birthday. I don't leave reviews often but had to say how great the staff are! I've been letting my house for a few years now and never had any issues. I've just come back to the area to check on the house and have to commend the ladies on the service. Repairs have been carried out (with my permission) and they are to a very high standard. But most of all Lorraine and Rebecca have been great in their advice and make sure I get the payments on time.

GoogleI would recommend Belvoir to any Landlord or prospective Landlord. They have managed my property for many years and have been second to none. Always very prompt in informing of any issues both with property and tenant. They provide good sound advice when asked, and have an excellent marketing procedure. All of their staff are professional, polite, friendly, with good communication skills and are a pleasure to deal with. I am confident, as an overseas Landlord, knowing that Belvoir have my interests at heart and that my property is being managed at the highest level. Definitely a 5 star company.

Belvoir were dreadful from start to finish, we moved into the property to be greeted by severe damp and condensation issues, when we spoke to the agent CHRIS he assured us this would all be sorted out, having scrubbed the walls constantly for the last two and a half years and our children constantly breathing in the damp we decided to move out. To our amazement we have been told that not only are we not getting our bond back, we owe them money for redecorating and jet washing the drive. This company also took around four months to replace a blown down fence, despite us having small children and a dog. Please be wary of using this company.

Doncaster, 9th July 2016 **** We can to confirm that the Deposit Protection Service completed their independent review of the dispute that we handled on behalf of the Landlord with Mr and Mrs Coates (the ex-Tenants) yesterday. ****We can confirm that the Deposit Protection Service have awarded the FULL VALUE of the bond to The Landlord. **** There is no charge to the Landlord for the above service. We are proud to confirm that after the gardening, cleaning and decoration work was completed the property was back to the same high standard of presentation that the Landlord expected. The new tenant moved in after the work was completed with only an 11- day void period. Belvoir! Doncaster are members of The Property Ombudsman (Lettings) - http://www.tpos.co.uk. and The National Approved Letting Scheme - NALS - http://www.nalscheme.co.uk. We are also members of the Safe Agent scheme. End of Belvoir! statement.

GoogleCan really recommend this agent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and my checkout was simple and stress free. During the tenancy when I had occasion to report a repair it was carried out quickly, and I was always informed what was happening. At the end of the tenancy my bond was very quickly returned to me in full. I can honestly say they are the best agents I have used.
