Belvoir were a tremendous help for us from start to finish of our house move. Chris was an absolute pleasure and left no stone unturned, giving us as tenants a huge amount of comfort. Alicia and the team at the office were always willing to above and beyond with any queries we had. The whole process was managed impeccably by Belvoir, which made the move as stress-free and easy as possible from our end. I cannot recommend Belvoir enough - I hope the next time we move, we’re lucky enough to have Belvoir supporting us through it again!

Based on my experience, communication and customer service could have been handled more professionally. I returned the flat clean and tidy, which was confirmed by your employee, Kate, when she inspected the property before I handed back the keys. The property was cleaned to a professional standard and left in good condition. In contrast, the flat was not in the same condition at the start of my tenancy, and there was a noticeable smell as well as other things when I moved in, as Chris may remember. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience, but I wish the business well for the future.

After having rented a previous property for more than 14 yrs and having to relocate Belvoir and its staff have made the transition so smooth and hassle free particularly how everything has changed since renting our last property. Alicia and Katie have been so understanding nothing is to much and when phoned have got back to us within the same day and resolved any issues questions we have in a friendly and most helpful way . Chris has been wonderful from showing us round to hand over with keys a very approachable helpful person like his wonderful staff it’s a refreshing change to renting safe in the knowledge we are in good hands with Belvoir . For a young couple, renting a new property is very scary. We have the funds but we don't know where to start. Belvoir made everything easy, infact it meant we only viewed one property and secured it. The staff are very close knit making a sense of community between Chris and employees. Everyone is friendly and no question is too silly. They offer to help everywhere here they can, especially with minor details of the rental that need sorting they've already got it covered. I'm very happy that throughout this tenancy we will be in contact with Belvoir for any troubles or inspections. And no doubt, if it wasn't this flat they would've helped us find another. I've already recommended to friends and family when it comes to finding somewhere new. 10/10 5🌟
