Please note Mr Clark AGREED the £895.00 claim on the DPS website within 15 minutes of Belvoir making the Landlord’s claim.
Mr & Mrs Clark changed the front garden from a low maintenance lawn with no borders to a garden with borders, planted with various small annual flowers on 3 sides and a 15ft self-seeded tree blocking the front window of the house, that will have to be removed. This area will have to be put back to low maintenance again as the Landlord had it when Mr & Mrs Clark moved in.
There is no damp in the property.
Cleaning, carpet cleaning and decoration costs were also AGREED by Mr Clark on the DPS website.

Personal choice to use them but don't expect to get your deposit back. Said leaking ceiling on landing needs decorating now (we are contributing towards decorating costs) and god forbid, some brick dust on the outside toilet sink.

This review relates to my 1st experience as landlord 3 years ago with a new build property, using a fully let service. Very friendly, helpful, flexible service initially however at the check out inventory various issues missed due to lack of photos from initial inventory e.g hole in living room wall to outside wall for installation of Sky, repeated deep scratches to stainless steel sink, damage to bath enamel. The hole was improved somewhat only after I flagged it, the other matters were put down to wear &tear. Belvoir were not helpful, friendly in resolving any issues at this stage. Having now had experience with another letting agency I know this is not the case. Prospective new landlords beware.

Hard to find the motivation to compliment good service but have to say that the service received from Belvoir has been excellent for the past two years. Had awful experience with two previous agents but since using Belvoir everything has been handled superbly. As a an agent in London I have experience of many different agencies and very few compare. Good tenant was found quickly, rental paid in advance, inspections carried out without reminders, repairs arranged quickly and at reasonable rates and regular contact received and emails responded to quickly. Will definately be giving Belvoir my second apartment when it becomes vacant.
