As discussed if you have any concerns about the plug socket getting wet you should immediately isolate it at the distribution board. Having a separate circuit for the kitchen appliances, should make this easier. … I was very pleased to hear that you and your partner are both well! Mr Ozgur Durmas & Miss Aysun Cam … left the property they had rented with several dilapidation's. *** They were allowed to go back to the property after their end of tenancy date to take care of these issues that we had brought to their attention. *** These issues included Gardening, Cleaning and Decoration issues. *** Unfortunately, the issues were not fully resolved. *** Mr Ozgur Durmas was made aware he could use the free to use DPS dispute resolution service if he felt we were being unfair in recovering this cost for the Landlord. *** However, Mr Ozgur Durmas & Miss Aysun Cam AGREED in writing to £150.00 being WITHHELD FROM THEIR DEPOSIT that was held in the DPS.

We have no record on our data base or email records of ever having dealt with a Lee Chapman. Belvoir Doncaster have never dealt with any Landlord, Tenant, or Contractor of this name.

We have checked all of our records over the last 12 years and can confirm that we have no record of a Laura Wilkinson being a tenant, a landlord or a contractor.
