Alicia was fantastic, she couldn't have been more helpful. All questions were met with a timely and straight forward response even managing to arrange a property viewing when given very short notice by us. The whole process ran extremely smoothly with plenty of additional support available covering options for insurance and utility providers if required. Based on our experience, I would certainly recommend the team and the service they provide.

Incredibly Professional From Start To Finish Thank you to Chris and all the team at Belvoir Doncaster for the wonderful service from finding the property through until I moved in. They could not have been more helpful. Belvoir managed my property let for two years. They were professional, efficient, easy to contact and supportive. Belvoir have an excellent network of tradespeople which They used to manage routine issues in a timely and cost effective manner. I have used other letting agencies and know that these positive experiences are not always a given. I would unhesitatingly recommend Chris, Katie and their team.

We are highly delighted with the professional service Belvoir at Armthorpe offer us. Staff are very knowledgeable and any questions are usually dealt with the same day without drama. They have had tricky tenants to deal with in the past for us and they have done this admirably. Highly recommend. This agency has been a great help. Moving is usually pretty stressful but with belvoir everything was straight forward and easy. Customer care is top tier, help is always available. Any issues we’ve had they made it their mission to resolve them.

Belvoir lettings is a complete utter ripoff! They charged us £500 for rubbish removal which was in the garden before we moved in & Chris is an arrogant sexist stuck up piece of work who has on many occasions called me a liar and refused to speak to me I had to put my partner on the phone. I would recommend to AVOID this company.

Doncaster The Deposit Protection Service have concluded (23.02.2017) that the following amounts have been awarded to the Landlord from the Tenant’s (Billie- Jo Goulding) bond: CLEANING - £60.00 / RUBBISH REMOVAL - £40.00 / RE-DECORATION - £70.00 These amounts were awarded to the Landlord by the DPS following the dispute that the tenant had over the condition the property was left in at the end of the tenancy. Belvoir! Doncaster are members of The National Approved Letting Scheme - NALS - http://www.nalscheme.co.uk and The Property Ombudsman (Lettings) - http://www.tpos.co.uk. Both organisations deal with complaints from both tenants and landlords. We are proud to confirm that we have never received a complaint of any nature whatsoever from either of these organisations. No issues at all, great

We've just started renting with Belvoir in Doncaster and the whole process has been seamless from start to finish. Viewing was quick and simple, the referencing went through without issues and was very cheap in comparison to many other overpriced agents, and we moved in without any problems. We love the house and have had a positive experience all round so far.
