We had a viewing with Zoe Leeper who made us feel very welcome as we arrived at the property. Zoe took us into each room and gave us plenty of time to have a good look around. Zoe appeared to be very knowledgeable with regards to the property and advised if we had any further questions to just get in touch with her and she would find out the answer for us. As we left we were given a print out of the details of the property in a presentation folder which we felt was a nice touch. We were so impressed we are now in the process of buying the property.

Incredibly welcoming and charming. The Agents in the William h brown Diss Branch are the exemplum of a lenting agency. Harrison Woolner helped me get through the rigors of renting a house, and exuded good humor and bonhomie. Now whether that's the product of his ebullient nature or the excellent training from Lawrence Cole who can say. Either way working with him has been a joy and the rapport established was phenomenal (as well as quick!). The amicability of the agents at this office made the process of getting established completely painless. If you're interested in living in the pleasant town of diss, I highly recommend giving the local William H Brown office a call.

I have had many recent dealings with estates agents. However Simon and Zoe stood out from the crowd. Both were friendly yet professional at the same time. Simon went out of his way to show us a house on his way home and out of hours. No offers of this kind of service from any of your competitors. He also kept us informed without feeling hassled. I chose William H Brown as my agent to sell my property. I had another agent come to view it. I didn’t think he seemed interested he only stayed 10 minutes to have a “quick” look around. Stuart Ellis came to view representing William H Brown and in my mind was very professional and knew how he was going to market the property in the best possible way. I could see no reason for not signing with William H Brown. With members of staff like Stuart Ellis The property had a good number of viewers and Chloe Aldous again was very professional.marketing the property. After the property had a buyer I needed to fill in certain forms. A couple of questions I didn’t understand. So I called in to the WHBrown office in Diss and Chloe Aldous helped me fill in and complete the form. She was a great help, explaining everything to me. Vile operators, who dragged me on a 4.5 hour round-trip, to "view" a property that wasn't even on the market. This was just to sell me one of their over-priced mortgage/life insurance/funeral packages. (they failed) Awful, moral-free, parasites with no regard for anyone else. No wonder the "industry" has such a bad name. Try them for yourself and see. Take no notice of any platitudes they respond with. This is what happened and they know it.

As first time renters we were really unsure of the process. We were waiting for our house sale to go through and Lauren was so patient with us, calling regularly to see how the sale was going and keeping an eye out for rental properties for us. We had heard horror stories of references taking forever to go through and Lauren guided us through the whole process answering any questions we emailed through really promptly and efficiently.
