I have used TOLA several times and each time they have been very professional and efficient. The communication has been polite and responsive, turning around queries and actions quickly. Pricing and term of advertising have gone up compared to other competitors, but service is still of a high standard. We'll done.

As landlords we have used onlineletting agents since we first started in 2012. We have never been disappointed with their service, always excellent and great value for money. Like that there is a choice of how much you want them to do, can chose from basic to gold standard depending on how much you want to pay.

We received an enquiry in early Feb by someone with the same name for this property https://www.theonlinelettingagents.co.uk/property-search/5889/ and that all went through to the landlord without any problems. They added extras to what I had written which helped the property stand out. We originally had a lot of viewings that were unsuitable because of the size of the house but as soon as I spoke to them about this they just sent suitable prospective tenants. Very helpful on the phone and prompt with admin.

I have been advertising through them for 5 years. They are very helpful and responsive, very flexible on issue when I needed, e.g update the Ad for pictures. They take initiative to offer advise and try their best to introduce any potential tenant to me. I will carry on to use them in the future.

Hi Oliver, thank you for your review. I've gone through our records and spoken to the agent who was dealing with it. I can see that you viewed this property within a day of enquiring about it (22nd). Multiple offers were made on this property over the weekend including yours (23rd) and we confirmed receipt of that. Monday the 25th was a bank holiday so no processing was done until the 26th. We then have to wait for the landlord to make a decision on who they're going with (made on the 27th) and on this occasion I'm afraid they didn't go with your offer (you were next in line though). You were informed of this on the 28th, I understand the landlord had also informed you of this the day before. Having spoken to our agent, I believe you were quite unhappy that you didn't get the property and when she tried to explain that the landlords decide who gets their property, you cut the call off.

This is the second time I have used The Online Letting Agents. I thought they were really good last time. This time they seemed to be even more efficient. 7 days from putting the property on the market to signing contracts with new tenants. It isn't going to get much better than that

I have used TOLA now on several occasions, The service is quick & easy to use, staff are efficient , friendly and helpful. When I had a situation with an overseas tenant that required quite a lot of extra work to be done to set up the Tenancy Agreement they really "went the extra mile" to help me.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
