We use the on line letting agents whenever we need a tenant. It suits us as we like to meet all prospective tenants but the agents advise any relevant info so we can arrange viewings. Their service is personal friendly and efficient, would 100 percent recommend if you need a tenant. Great tailor made packages.

I can't praise this company highly enough, they are thoroughly professional and always prompt to reply with any queries, which in this day and age is sadly rare. I liaised with Sarah this time around and she was fab. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The process of finding, vetting and selecting a tenant has been smooth, fast and trouble free. The value for money is outstanding and I have no hesitation recommending them to friends, family and fellow landlords. I have opted for the fully managed option and I've no doubt the ongoing service will be no different, for a meer £30 a month!

Yet again, I have received 5* service from the Online Letting Agents. Within hours of putting the advert online, I was overwhelmed with request to view and rented the house within days. The people in the company are all very helpful, ringing and emailing to keep me up to date. I cannot recommend them enough.

This the 2nd time we've used the online letting agency and it won't be our last. They help you through the entire lettings process from advertising to contract preparation. All of the team are on hand to answer any queries and assist where needed. Everything you get from a local estate agent at a fraction of the cost.We highly recommend them.

I first used TOLA in 2012 and was very impressed with the service I received, so when it came to finding tenants for another property, they were my obvious choice. They did not let me down. Their service was every bit as helpful, efficient and professional as before and I soon had good tenants for my property. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

All the positive reviews must be from landlords! As a tenant, we've found them unempathetic and non-responsive to our queries and concerns.

I recently used The Online Letting Agent for the 2nd time. Communication is easy & quick. The staff were able to answer all my questions & deal with any concerns. I would not hesitate to use the service again. My property was let quickly & ahead of others on the market in the same development listed with estate agents.

Each time I have used TOLA they have found me a tenant quickly. The whole process is easy, smooth and the price is good. I like the fact also that they print out a tenancy agreement for you with the details on. I will definitely be using them again, in fact very soon for the flat I have just purchased. P Harris

I am a landlord and have rented out multiple properties through many years using TOLA. They are very efficient, using good systems and have excellent communication. It is so easy to use them. I rented out my last 2 properties in 2020 by just showing one potential tenant each. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

I’ve used TOLA before and will continue to do so. They get my ad up lightning fast, accurately and are efficient and friendly to deal with. Their fees are reasonable and their support makes finding a tenant as stress free as possible. I genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else and can’t speak highly enough of the team.
