GoogleFirst time using The Online Letting Agents to find a tenant and provide a part-managed service. I have been impressed so far with their friendly and efficient service, and they are also excellent value for money compared to high street agents.

GoogleFantastic service from online letting agents. Don’t just read bad reviews! Couldn’t fault them on our landlord services we required. Highly recommend even a last minute change wasn’t a problem for them. Thank you

TrustpilotRenting made easier :)
For a completely online agency I was suprised at just how communicative and responsive they were. Thankyou to the whole team but mostly Eleanor and Sarah, you made an overwhelming experience so much easier and I'm really grateful for that. The way you communicated so quickly and efficiently helped in more ways you could imagine. Will definitely be back!

TrustpilotOnce again TOLA delivered
Once again TOLA delivered. I've been a landlord for 20+ years and the response I got this time around was incredible. In 48 hours I had 28 enquirys; 15 on the first day resulting in 4 offers of either the asking or above asking price. Likewise the support and service from TOLA throughout has been exceptional.

GoogleBrilliant! Second time I advertised my property was as good as the first, cannot rate this service highly enough and have recommended it to many friends.

TrustpilotFIRST CLASS
so pleased with this company. They are always pleasant and helpful and nothing is too much for them. Great value as well As an ex letting agent I did not think much of online agencies, but TOLA have really changed my mind and now wonder why landlords pay high street fees! I have no hesitation in recommending Magda and the rest of the team.

Had lots of really good prospective tenants within a couple of days.My only reservation is that for landlords who need no tenancy agreement and only need a week of advertising, your cheaper option was great so I'm sorry you've dispensed with it. A rival web agents used to do a £9.99 basic service just for a week - brilliant. Otherwise your service is excellent

TrustpilotExcellent Service
I have used TOLA many times before. I have also recommended them to others. If you have the time to review applicants and attend viewings then it will save you hundreds of £s compared to a high street estate agent. The staff are also very efficient.

The agency was very helpful under Eleanor's Management.Beats high street estate agents prices of £500 done for£70 via The Online Letting Agents Ltd. Advertisements, providing contact details of prospective tenants, referencing and credit checks, alsofull 10 page AST and extra guidance all for £70 is unbeatablevalue. My place is tenanted thanks to this Agency. Highly recommendit. Thank you to all the staff at the Agency.

TrustpilotEfficient, friendly & good value
Efficient, friendly & good value. I have used TOLA for various aspects of letting out my property for the last 3+ years. They provide consistent, efficient and friendly service. Whilst I have found other sites offer some services at a cheaper price, I have returned to TOLA because their service is far superior and definitely better value for money all-in-all.

TrustpilotAmazing service!
I am a first time landlord and was very unsure of the process. They guided me through the process and always happy to answer my many questions. My property was advertised and let within 3 days. Why use hight street agents when you can use this company for a fraction of the price. I will definitely use your services again. Thanks for all your help.
