3 years ago I used Online Letting Agents from start to finish, this time round I didn’t need them for the advertising of our B2L property but instead used them for the admin of references and contracts. They were extremely helpful with advice on the holding deposit and keeping me updated all the way through the reference process. Also making a change in the contract as quick as by return email. Highly recommend

I would tell any landlord to use the online letting agents,their staff can only be described as excellent who can offer good advise if you have problems and can guide you through all aspects of letting.i have a small portfolio of flats which I have been using these guys to advertise and sort out the tenancies,which I have always had plenty of replies and have let very quickly which is what it is all about,time is money.

Excellent service, keep you informed all the way. I used Online letting agents in the past and then after rebuild work to my flats I tried a local estate agent and was extremely disappointed as I had little and bad communication on prospective tenants who also gave bad feedback on them. Going back to Online Letting as secured a new tenant quickly and efficiently and I feel reassured in their process and knowledge.

I needed to get the media done in a short time frame due to limited access to the property. Helen chased this through and kept me updated all the way.

This was the third time we used TOLA, because they were so good on the previous occasions. This time we had a tenant within 24 hrs, and all the paperwork, including a guarantor, was sorted very quickly, with no fuss and great efficiency. We were kept informed at every stage of the transaction. I cannot see why you would go anywhere else for this service! Well done again team and thank you!

Hi Avi, Thank you for your review. Both of your enquiries were sent to the landlord and a confirmation email sent back to yourself within a minute of you making them. Apologies for the lack of response from this landlord though. They are responsible for organising their own viewings. We found TOLA by chance and were wary of dealing with them until we read the testimonials, which we have subsequently found to be accurate. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them from start to finish. All staff are pleasant, helpful and on the ball regarding the property listed. Their fees are more than reasonable and we shall definitely use them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our 1st time using an on line letting agent and we were very impressed. Response times were quick and we were always able to speak to an agent and any queries were quickly resolved. Our listing was online within 20minutes and all enquiries were passed on immediately. Referencing and contract completion was strait forward and overall costs very reasonable compared to traditional agents

Responses are always exceptionally detailed and prompt, always keep you updated before you even think! to enquire, replies are always personal ( how do they do it considering the number of clients?)! The team is always prompt to respond and is always there at the end of the phone if needed. The services we bought from the Online Letting Agents - EPC, PAT testing, EICR, were delivered on time and were excellent. The AST agreement is written in clear, understandable English. We are very pleased!

Time wasters.Had a viewing in nottingham and travelled from leeds only for the property to be already under offer.Agents knew where I was traveling from and gave assurances this would not happen
Hi Andrew,Sorry to hear you wasted time at a property that was under offer, that's not acceptable.However, we don't organise viewings, the landlords do that themselves so we wouldn't have provided any assurances about availability nor booked any viewing slots with you. I can only see one property in Nottingham and that was marked under offer on the 6th April and we've had no new enquries since then. As our landlord's approve all offers, they would also have known it's status. Once an offer is approved, our system would have automatcially told new enquirers that it was under offer. I'm struggling to to find anyone in our enquiry list going by your name (or any variation of it). Can I just check that you're reviewing the correct company please? If so please either drop me an email for give me a call and I'll investigate your case. If we are the correct company, I suspect the landlord might have booked a viewing with you before the offer was accepted and then failed to update you which again, isn't acceptable.Either way, let us know, we don't want tenants wasting their time and I can have a word with the landlord if required.Kind regards,Simon.

I rarely post reviews, but as a landlord who is often letting out properties, I have found TOLA to be extremely knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and, most importantly, to be of the utmost integrity - both in relation to their communications with the landlords and their approach to/with prospective tenants. They are our "go to" agent to help source and reference customers as well as draw up appropriate contracts.

The Online Letting Company are fantastic!.. actual humans to speak to on an actual phone... a rare experience these days. After a VERY painful experience with Open Rent I could not move my business over the them quickly enough.

GoogleTerrible do not use. Have nothing showing on my Experian credit report yet this company failed my referencing without giving me an explanation.-They Just put me on hold, promise call backs which I never get.
Hi Vv, We think we've identified who you are. You actually need to take your complaint up with Experian. The landlord rejected your application because you didn't declare certain information up front, Experian then told us about it and you then said you had resolved it, Experian said otherwise. Unfortunately this landlord has just come out of a tenancy where they had a tenant in arrears and were therefore very risk averse I'm afraid. We're very clear in all our communications, you MUST declare any adverse credit up front so as not to waste yours or the landlords time. If declared up front, we can discuss your situation with the landlord first and avoid any disappointment, most landlords will consider minor credit issues if declared up front.

I very rarely leave reviews but credit where credit is due - these guys are brilliant! I’ve used them three times now, super efficient, excellent value and have let the property in no time at all. They are also very reasonable for any extra you may want to add on, nice to see a company not taking advantage of busy people who just want ease. Thank you
