I've used the gold service a couple of times now and found it to be well worth the money. I like the amount of control it gives me as a landlord and I like the price too. TOLA update you regularly with the progress of referencing etc I would have no hesitation in recommending TOLA to anyone else. Why would you pay a high street agent more than ten times the amount???

GoogleWe used TOLA's tenant-finding and administration service. They're fantastic: lightning responsiveness, sage advice, great value. Most impressive of all is the fact that they've given unstinting support at the end of the tenancy (years later). Would use again in a heartbeat.

Excellent, friendly and quality service.TOLA did everything they said they would and I am really impressed with the speed of their service. It's fast and efficient and they were more than helpful in providing iterations of my online adverts. This is the third time I have used TOLA and I know of one other person that has used them twice before. This probably speaks for itself!

This was my first letting experience and the whole process from start to finish was very easy. Any questions were answered on the phone, the deposit was lodged and the AST e mailed with all the details pre printed. Information can also be found on the website. It was also good to have my property advertised on all the main websites. I will certainly use them again for the next tenant.

I have used The Online Letting Agents to advertise my property. Not only are they efficient (I emailed them in the evening, by the morning I was already receiving text messages for viewing), but when I had problems with some other tenants regarding deposit, they called me and emailed me with all the relevant information. They are very reliable, and I will not look elsewhere when I will re-advertise. Thank you

We are first time users of this service, advert was online within an hour, enquires from potential tenants came with a decent of information and quickly, when it came to vetting the tenants and organising the paperwork it was completed very quickly, I am very impressed and will be using them again, big saving on the local agents too, thank you.

Great service. Although this is an online facility, when I called them for a little advice halfway through the process, I was able to get straight through and spoke to a person who new what they were talking about. Great service! Very simple process and the customer service team were very responsive to all my queries in a really timely manner. Found some great tenants after only a few weeks and had lots of interest for viewings. Special mention for Sarah who was so professional and helpful through the whole process.
