Efficient, diligent and a pleasure to work with. Much better business model for me as a landlord than using estate agents as I get to meet the prospective tenants and make my judgement as to whether they are suitable or not. They also get to meet me which I hope is a positive.

From the start, the service was efficient and helpful. Most importantly I rented my property out within 3 days, but the service; editing the AST agreement to my specifications and the speed in which references were obtained, was exceptional. My phone calls were always either answered or returned very promptly. I will not use anyone else.

This was the second time we’ve used TOLA and they’ve been brilliant both times. We’re lucky to have properties that rent easily and we’re confident conducting viewings so there really isn’t any reason we shouldn’t use an online agent, it’s saved us a fortune versus the £450 fee high street agents charge

The Online Letting Agents has provided excellent service, again!! This is the second time I’ve used them for letting my property and as usual they are always available on phone, very prompt and very professional! Thanks a lot, I’ve lost faith on high street agents and found online agents as a best alternative!
