GoogleWe have used agents several times for letting commercial units and we have had nothing but good service from the team. We got exactly the service advertised and took care of the rest ourselves. They even made changes to the advert for us if we needed to tweak them. Very pleased!

They returned my calls, were happy to clarify the T&Cs when I asked about them, responded quickly to a small issue with pictures and wording, attracted a fair number of potential viewings in the short time our property was being marketed, and managed the referencing and deposit taking efficiently. Would recommend and will use again.

Can't recommend TOLA highly enough. We have used them for about 8 years and no other agency can touch them. The team are all super efficient, professional and friendly and their service is very good value. They have helped with a number of technical landlord queries too. Love these guys!

Cannot fault the service so far. All has run smoothly and efficiently.The advertising has produced many replies and a tenant is moving in.I must praise Magda for her courteous and efficient manner.I was using a conventional estate agent before this and they "managed the property" very badly plus it has cost me nearly £800.

Google10.10 Highest mark you can get. Very thorough with references, very helpful all round and very quick on replying to emails . I did this on my own before , but was concerned with the new administration. This is the most value for money way to go .

My third year and 2nd BTL property with TOLA. The experience of dealing with TOLA agents is always first class. All of them demonstrate a high quality of customer service. They are always very prompt with any queries. The pricing is very reasonable compared to a high street agent.
