The team at Whitegates Dewsbury are brilliant. They put our property up for sale and a sale was agreed within 2 days. They were very quick off the mark booking viewings and making sure that the potential buyers were all in a position to purchase the property. We had issues with unresponsive solicitors which the team chased tirelessly to get the sale of my property across the line. Special mention for Amy (who I'm sure got fed up of me by the end of it of it all) showed great professionalism and tenacity to stay on top of things. She is a true asset.Also, the others in the team who helped us were Ahmed, Imran and Sarah.They do all chip and try to make the the transaction as simple and painless as possible.I will never move again but if I lose my mind and forget the stress a house move causes, I wouldn't hesitate in choosing Whitegates as my estate agent again.

GoogleCalled whitegates last week regarding a property to purchase, My details have been taken twice and it has been 5 WORKING DAYS and no response from these guys at all. AIP in place but just no interest from their side to contact or apologise.Called again and got through to the overflow line where I am being told she does not know why I have not been contacted.She just kept repeating, You have come to the overflow line which does not help or give any insight into what kind of estate agents Whitegates is,Unprofessional it seems to me.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Having lived at a property for over seven years that has required a massive face lift, I have never been successful in really getting any help from the previous Property Manager(s). Along came Danni their new Property Manager and waved her wand and the rest is history. A new window, new carpets and decorating. I like to see swift action taken. The boiler went late last week and this was taken care of immediately after the Bank Holiday. She doesn't mess around and gets the jobs done as it should be. There isn't enough stars for the credit, times ten from me. Great addition to your team.

If you're looking to move to Dewsbury you have to chose Whitgates. They dominate this area and are efficient in doing so. Charlotte answers the phone and is always polite and ready to help. Imran did a fabulous job conducting the viewings and was always kind and honest. Then when my application got to Nicola she is a super hero in what she does. She prioritised my application and was so kind and understanding as I was working on a tight deadline. We didn't make the deadline but she did the next best thing and came in on her day off for me to collect the keys. What I appreciated was if she says she will get back to you trust and believe she will call or email and keep you updated each step of the way :)

Had a great guy Bee Azam to help us he sorted us out with a proprty and all the necessary check were all sorted within a week and half. Made the whole process super easy and quick.
