I had an issue with my boiler on Christmas Day and Freda called me back and was a big help. I can’t thank her enough for helping me resolve the problem. Definitely above and beyond. Would recommend Whitegates and definitely Freda for getting problems resolved - especially when the landlord tries to avoid getting back to us ! Thank you for your help

This was my first time renting via an agent and the experience has been seamless and hassle-free. I found the property online and managed to arrange a viewing on the same day, and within 2 weeks I’ve fully moved in and have a house I can call a home. I even received a nice little welcome pack on sign up. Brownie points to Bee for helping me out and sorting all the paperwork, the sign up process was super quick and efficient! I would 110% recommend Whitegates to anyone looking to move into the area.
