I recently sold a property with Whitegates Dewsbury. The overall service was outstanding. They provided up front the costs and explained the overall process.They sent me regular text messages and emails when viewings were booked and also provided feedback from the prospective buyer.They helped through the conveyancing process by liaising with both solicitors.On the day of completion the process they ensured everything was done smoothly.Highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

GoogleIf a property is listed for sale, anyone should be able to get a viewing if requested as the purpose of listing it IS to sell it. Impossible to get a viewing for a property due to "high demand" let alone make an offer. I have rang and emailed multiple times and have had no response within a week. I rang them and spoke to a rude unprofessional staff member who literally fobbed me off by saying "we'll call you" (which he didnt) and hung up himself. Poor customer service.

GoogleCalled to rent a property offering to pay the full tenancy upfront. The woman I spoke to looked at the wrong property, until I corrected her and then, despite saying she would, did not forward my details to the landlord and so I lost the property the next day. Absolutely incompetent.
