FacebookI would recommend them to anyone. I recently sold my a house during the pandemic. Nothing was too much trouble. From the start they were efficient and helpful. I don't live in Exeter so everything was done by Email or phone. I was kept fully up-to-date at all times. I repeat very helpful and I would recommend them to everyone.

Every single person was fantastic and the process seamless. Their in-house solicitor also ensured the process flowed. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

GoogleOUTSTANDING 5* - Ryan valued our property 50k higher than 2 other well known estate agents. He then sold it for us on the 2nd day it was on the market for the full asking price. The photographs and brochures they produced were beautiful. Unfortunately the sale fell through a few months later, however they sold it again for 5k more just 1 week later. Kate and Jonathan chased our sellers VERY unresponsive solictors on a daily basis for months. I am certain that if we had chosen a different estate agents, the sale would have certainly fallen through. They pushed and pushed for 6 months, right until the day of exchange. An super friendly team, they deserve their great reputation!

GoogleNever had to use these guys directly but did need some involvement with them in regards to a related purchaser, but I really wish I had used them, they were so professional and always responded to any enquires! Would highly recommend them! It left me wishing I sold my property with them!

FacebookTheir professionalism sets Southgate Estates apart from other agents I've dealt with in Exeter. Initially as a buyer they were always on time, professional but weren't 'pushy'. As a seller, I've used them twice now and they had the same professionalism, as well as good insight into the market, and excellent negotiation skills. This all came at a very reasonable rate. I was very impressed with them on both occasions and we sold for very good sale prices.
