TrustpilotExcellent rental agency
I rented a flat wit them for more than three years and always found all members of the team to be extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to both landlords and tenants.

TrustpilotLack of Communication
Don't even bother with them, I found their lack of communication absolutely rude. Will say they'll do something for you and then they don't even bother, like its too much effort for them.

GoogleI made five calls to try and get one single viewing; only one person ever bothered to return my call and then didn't get back to me afterwards. On my sixth call the property had apparently sold?! Its a joke, barely any effort made whatsoever.

I’ve been a tenant with them for a year and a half and they have made our life hell. Moving out because of them, AWFUL customer service, do not get a home with them

GoogleVery helpful staff and all knowledgeable. Much more of a personal touch compared to some of the larger more mainstream companies in town and they don’t pressure you into anything. Would highly recommend.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
