GooglePossible the worst experience and service I have received from a company thus far in my life. From the very start of our tenancy it was evident that connells Exeter have the organisational skills and follow-through of that of a todler. It took chains and chains of emails to sort the most simplistic problems which could have been sorted almost instantaneously had someone taken some semblance of responsibility. The house was not cleaned when we moved in and false promises were made the whole way throughout our tenancy many of which were never resolved. Up to this point… where we have moved out and are still receiving threatening emails about arrears that we do not owe for the month after we have moved out and furthermore not a whiff of a word regarding deposits owed to us. Appalling

GoogleI cannot rate Connells Estate agents high enough. They have helped me throughout my purchase and have been there for me every step of the way. Huge thanks particularly to Sam Whittaker-Davies who went above and beyond for me, and never failed to answer my calls or ring me back immediately. Whilst I was travelling from London to Devon at short notice, Sam always had arrangements in place, and was always on hand for any assistance. The smoothest house purchase process I have ever had, so thank you once again.

Nathan was amazing in getting me the best price for my house and Leah was able to find me a property that I just love. GoogleWow! I have never had an experience of buying a new home like this before. I previously used another in the local area for my last property (no names) but it does not even come close. I dealt with a lovely gentleman called Max who knew exactly what I was looking for. Helped me every step of the way and couldn’t recommend this enough. Sheila and the kids love the new gaff and the process was a dream!

Googlemoved into an unfurnished apartment to find the old tennant had left all their old furniture. letting agent had no idea and just handed the key over to me. was two days late moving in. they also take forever to respond to emails. reported fire alarm wasn't working over two weeks ago and still no update.

GoogleI can’t express my experience from Connells as we didn’t use the estate agent we have used mortgage advisor and all was easy, smooth, we were well updated, no hassle absolutely delightful from mortgage advisor services. We have used them twice but surely I will go there again because nothing is a problem. Thank you James

GoogleVery impressed with Jenny Mansell and her sales team at Connells Exeter for a very effective process of marketing and sale of my property. Wise on pitching asking price to optimise offers and get a best one with which I was well content, and then helpful in keeping in touch throughout the process until completion. Competitive rate, and what I paid was exactly as agreed from the outset - no hidden extras. Would use again very happily.

GoogleHuge Thank You to Megan and all at Connells in Exeter! We spent 6 frustrating months with a different agent before moving to Connells. Within weeks we had more viewings than the previous 6 months. Now sold and couldn't be happier than the service and attention from everyone at Connells.
