The coming together of the two businesses meant that the Devizes estate agents were able to tap into the mass home moving market across West Berkshire, North Hampshire and Oxfordshire resulting in an increased number of viewings and offers across both the sales and lettings sectors. Martin has over thirty years' experience and remains a senior valuer at Devizes, alongside office manager Rosie Souster (20 years' experience) and sales manager Andrew Francis (who has a staggering 45+ years' experience in the estate agents industry), who are assisted by the sales team Mikyle Andrews, Jayne Baker and Charlie Douglas. Sian Cockerell manages the lettings department at Devizes, assisted by Andrea Deegan. Dora Kristiansen and Stacey Howell carry out our weekend viewings.
