About Jones Robinson Devizes
At Jones Robinson, estate agents in Devizes, we value your home. That simple phrase has two meanings for us. Of course, we value your home, as in we’ll come and tell you how much it’s worth. However, at Jones Robinson Estate Agents we also value your home, we realise how much it means to you. After all, it’s probably your most valuable asset. Our expert and friendly team here at Jones Robinson are on hand to help whether you're looking to buy or sell. If you're keen to sell, we'll help you to achieve the best price for your home and will be on hand to help you through every step of the process. If you're looking for a letting agent in Devizes, we can help you find an excellent rental home that suits your needs or help you find trustworthy and reliable tenants if you're looking to let. With over thirty years in the business, Martin Walker joined forces with Jones Robinson in 2016. The coming together of the two businesses meant that the Devizes estate agents were able to tap into the mass home moving market across West Berkshire, North Hampshire and Oxfordshire resulting in an increased number of viewings and offers across both the sales and lettings sectors. Martin has over thirty years' experience and remains a senior valuer at Devizes, alongside office manager Rosie Souster (20 years' experience) and sales manager Andrew Francis (who has a staggering 45+ years' experience in the estate agents industry), who are assisted by the sales team Mikyle Andrews, Jayne Baker and Charlie Douglas. Sian Cockerell manages the lettings department at Devizes, assisted by Andrea Deegan. Dora Kristiansen and Stacey Howell carry out our weekend viewings. Jonathan Shortt is a RICS valuer and conducts commercial valuations for a variety of purposes, as well as landlord and tenant negotiations; he also disposes of commercial land and buildings and can offer acquisition advice. The Devizes estate agents office is in Wine Street, just round the corner from the Market Square.

GoogleMy wife and I will be moving back to the UK within the next few months and have decided on settling in the Devizes area. As we will be renting for the first 6 - 12 months, we entered the offices of Martin Walker to start our search for properties to let. We were met by Ms. Claire Crew and the service we received could not have been more friendly and professional. We were registered quickly and efficiently and were given sound advice regarding potential locations. Already the next working day, we received an email with suitable properties. This is the level of service one should be getting everywhere and that will distinguish Martin Walker's from some of its competitors. Well done!
