The coming together of the two businesses meant that the Devizes estate agents were able to tap into the mass home moving market across West Berkshire, North Hampshire and Oxfordshire resulting in an increased number of viewings and offers across both the sales and lettings sectors. Martin has over thirty years' experience and remains a senior valuer at Devizes, alongside office manager Rosie Souster (20 years' experience) and sales manager Andrew Francis (who has a staggering 45+ years' experience in the estate agents industry), who are assisted by the sales team Mikyle Andrews, Jayne Baker and Charlie Douglas. Sian Cockerell manages the lettings department at Devizes, assisted by Andrea Deegan. Dora Kristiansen and Stacey Howell carry out our weekend viewings. GoogleWhile the service from the agent selling the house met my expectations i would not recommend signing up for the after sales package even if there is a no completion fee guarantee for the next house if the original falls through. The website used to keep me up to date as we progressed through the process did not meet my expectations. I use such a system in my own business therefore possibly my opinion is a bit harsh as i have something to compare it against.

They understood we needed to a find a buyer quickly but who also was going to pay top money and they did it. They found us a buyer with nothing to sell, progressed the sale and had us moved in just 9 weeks. The marketing details were excellent and the pole photography made a real difference to make our house stand out on rightmove. Their experience and knowledge was second to none and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
