The personal and knowledgable service from sales consultant Roxanne Samuels made the whole experience feel that much easier, manageable and enjoyable for both my wife and myself. Fantastic overall service from all the staff. Special mention for Roxanne Samuels who kept me sane through a very difficult process. She was professional yet friendly and honest and went out of her way to make sure I was kept informed of what was happening. I was suffering from anxiety and stress due to several things happening to me at the time of my relocation. If you are looking for an estate agent, look no further. Haart at Dereham office were the agents for the property I was buying. From the very beginning when Michela warmly greeted me and showed me around Haart have been superb. It is accurate to say throughout the process Roxanne has been amazing and stepped up when the situation warranted it. Always being professional and courteous on numerous occasions she stepped in and helped to keep the negotiations on track by contacting all the other agents and their lawyers to stir them in to action when there were challenges. Roxanne worked tirelessly and couldn’t have been more helpful, even helping to obtain missing documents for her seller to ensure we could exchange at the time critical moment. A huge thank you for your fantastic input without which this would never have been achieved.

For my wife and I , this was our first foray into the property world for 26 years.So, we did not quite know what to expect. From the very beginning, Roxanne was professional in her dealings with us. I was very impressed in how specific she was , in ascertaining what we required from a property - she certainly pinned me down, when I was too vague in my answers ! Just completed the sale of my late father’s property. This was quite stressful as I was waiting for probate to come through and was being constantly chased by the buyers, whilst still grieving. I have dealt mainly with Roxanne and from the start she has been an absolute angel. She always kept me in the loop and regularly called for an update chat. Always professional but with the human touch that is not often found in this profession. I felt that she really cared. I would definitely recommend Haart and particularly Roxanne. We dealt mostly with Michaela who was the perfect mixture of friendly, helpful, responsive and professional. Michaela went out of her way to help with the legal and other complexities of my mother's house sale, including driving (many times) the 5 miles each way to take documents for her to sign, scanning id documents and emailing them to me (I live 175 miles away) and going through what was necessary to market and sell her property. When Michaela went on holiday at the end of the process, she ensured that everything was handed over to Roxy, who was also very helpful and professional. Excellent service all round.

We set Haart a difficult task of selling both ours and our family's home to move into one home together and they unbelievably achieved both sales in just 7 weeks. From great photos and write ups from Elton through to the team they have all been so helpful. From start to finish they worked so hard in making this possible and it was Roxy who looked after us so well, never giving up on problems that came our way and keeping us well informed of how things were proceeding. I was not initially on the market with Haart estate agents when I was selling my house, but I was on their property particulars mailing list. It turns out that they were the only estate agent that actually listened to my requirements and what I was looking for. Despite the fact that they were not selling my house, they approached me with a property that exactly matched my requirements. It was perfect and exactly what I was looking for! Haart valued my house and Elton McGuire, the branch manager from the Dereham branch came and took photographs, which he did very carefully and with a lot of consideration to best showcase my property. Within 2 weeks of Haart taking my property to market they had sold it and I was able to make an offer on the property which was accepted and it is where I reside today. There were a few bumps along the way (as there always are with buying and selling houses in England!) but Charlie, Roxy, Mikala, and Zoe were always helpful and polite and on hand to update the progress of the sale and purchase. I don’t plan to sell again for a long time but if I was to, I would definitely recommend and use Haart again.

Charlie and the team made our purchase as painless as was possible. Due to a number of unforeseen circumstances with my buyer, we were delayed on several occasions which proved to be very stressful. Further compounding the matter was the lack of communication from my Estate agent who seemed uninterested and simply didn’t care. We met Jordan Amos when he showed us around a property for sale. Jordan was most helpful and gave us a detailed tour of the property. Any questions that he could not answer were followed up promptly after our visit. We did not feel at all rushed during our viewing and no question seemed too much effort. Jordan is very polite and professional in his attitude. The follow up calls after the visit were timely and appropriate; we felt kept in the loop but with no hard sell.
