GoogleWhat a professional team, Charlie was most helpful when booking the appointment . Liam valued our property and it was such a positive experience as he obviously loves his job. He was really interested and he had spent time researching comparative properties, which I know is his job but he was so thorough. Also our previous experiences with Haarts have always been good.

GoogleI would just like to make comment in respect to the agent Ben. He showed us round a house a couple of months ago, unfortunately the property was not for us, however since that time Ben has continued to stay in touch and has continued sending us other properties he thinks we may be interested in. I would like to commend Ben on his determination and enthusiasim in trying to find a property to us. Although we have now found a property (sorry Ben, from another agency), I would like to thank you very much for all your assistance and wish you all the best in the future. This man needs to be awarded a merit badge and a raise.

Throughout the process Roxanne Samuels kept us informed of progress and when necessary chased and checked with sellers solicitors to ensure the sale completed. GoogleI am extremely disappointed with the service me and my family have received… we spoke with Ben on the phone on Friday and booked a viewing for today at 12:30, we arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 12:30 and there was still no one at the property so we rang the phone number that was given and it went straight to head office, we were promised a call back from the agent and it’s now been over an hour and no one has gotten back to us… we have travelled over 2hours for this viewing and to not even have a courtesy call to let us know it wasn’t going ahead is an appalling service. We spoke to 4 different people at head office and nothing has come from it and we still don’t know what’s happening. NEVER using this service again. If you are the seller of 52 Litcham road you might want to have words with the office as they may have cost you a sale

GoogleThe best estate agent in my opinion by far! After trying 3 other main estate agents in Dereham and giving up with either no viewings or constantly asking me to drop the guide price I gave up for a year! When I decided to get the house on the market again I had received a flyer through the door from Haart. I called and Elton came to value the house and told me why the previous estate agents had failed to sell. I first thought he was a bit brash, but he was quite right in everything he said. He told me how he would market the property and 3 weeks later I had 2 offers from the first 3 people that viewed the house. I sold for over the asking price which more than covered the fee (which is slightly higher than other agents) I will definitely use Haart again and can recommend the whole dereham team led by Elton. Thanks once again for doing what you said you would!

We viewed a couple of properties with Ryan and he has always put us at ease and made the offer process really easy. As a first time buyer we were fairly clueless on how things worked but he has kept us updated on our purchase, chases it for us, books us extra viewing visits and is easily reachable by phone and email.
