About Professional Properties Derby
Helping Landlords and Tenants Since 1999 Professional Properties has been matching tenants with their ideal properties since 1999, and is one of the largest independent letting agents in the local area. Our team have a combined 80 years of lettings and property management experience. As well as offering bespoke lettings and property management services, we also sell current investment properties to investors who are either looking to buy their first buy-to-let property or are expanding or refreshing a current property portfolio.

GooglePersistent rudeness on the phone, poor maintenance, property in bad condition on handover with paint pots, wallpaper and tools scattered around the house. Claimed the property had been 'professionally cleaned' and kept half our deposit! Renter beware.

GoogleProfessional properties are an extremely expensive company, however their signing on board is quick and professional. Despite this their group property management is extremely slow and their fees are still ridiculously high. The new β¦

GoogleI live in Canterbury, though was moving to derby. Therefore, I contacted and arranged rental viewings with Professional Properties. Firstly, they do not keep to arranged/confirmed viewings. Frustratingly, cancel viewing for pitiful reasons. β¦

FacebookAvoid this company! I had a hideous experience with them that cost around Β£2,500 to sort out. They wrote to the MD three times - not once got a response. Shocking stuff.
