I have an investment property in Nottingham that has been managed by Platinum Estates for several years now. They rent faster and my whole experience with them has been wonderful. I have been a landlord with Platinum Estates for over 10 years. They have managed a mixture of properties for me including apartments and houses to a brilliant standard. They only deal with professional and reliable tenants so none of my properties have ever suffered any damage, late rent etc. Keep up the good work guys! X

Terrible unproffesional company. I used these people as a landlord and through their incompetence and bad practice ended up in court as they didn't put the tenants deposit into a registered account. They then dodged the fine payment leaving me with the bill. They are totally unscrupulous.

Every time I contact Nindi and anyone from her team, they are very professional, polite and helpful. When managing the property various things happen, however, they always do their best to help. I dealt with a lot of other agents in Derby and Nottingham and Platinum Estates is definitely my preferred choice.
