This agency is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, they will cause you stress. They left me with a broken washing machine for months and the apartment was filthy, moldy and Not maintained when I moved in. I had to pay for my own cleaning. The costumer service is very poor, the staff are very difficult to talk to. Overall avoid this agency at all costs. You will save your self a lot of time and money

I fixed an appointment to visit a property and I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes outside the house. I did more than 10 phone call and I left voice message to the person who fixed the appointment and to the representative that was supposed to meet me. No answer from both. After 5 hours I received an email saying that the representative has been to the property at the meeting time waiting for me. I had to take a day off, lost time, just to be teased.

We have worked with Platinum Estates for many years - initially using their 'tenant find' service, but now they fully manage for us and we could not be more impressed with their service! Their marketing is excellent and properties are turned around very efficiently, with minimal voids. The standard of tenants is excellent and we have never had an issue with damage or late payments. Any issues are always dealt with promptly, with no stress or inconvenience to us or to the tenants. Nindi, Jodie and all the Platinum Team are very knowledgeable, completely professional, extremely friendly and their communication is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Platinum Estates always go above and beyond the standards of other agencies. We are always impressed with their turnaround time of having matters completed and especially the very short void period that we have in between a tenancy switch over. Our last tenant was a doctor at The Royal Derby hospital, he gave two months notice and Platinum Estates manage to secure the next tenant whilst he was still living there. My new tenant is a Rolls Royce executive and has moved into the property happily within 4 days of my old tenant moving out. I have 100% confidence in them and have also recommended them to a few friends of mine.

I have been renting a property from this company for less than a month and already I am at my wits end regarding their poor service. Their lettings negotiator Jas promised us a property that would be cleaned from top to bottom with all present defects remedied; unfortunately that is not what we have been given. The property is full of defects, has damp and a boiler that only works intermittently. Having had the plumber out to fix the boiler and hot water systems once already since moving in (2 weeks ago) the problem is back and we have no hot water. I have found their overall service to be lackluster, with minimal regard being given towards us as the tenants and our concerns regarding the property. As of yet no real attempts to rectify the issues have been made by this company and I would, under no circumstances recommend their 'services' to anybody. I would however, strongly advise any landlord who has their property managed by this company to make necessary arrangements to go and view their houses; as their general maintenance and upkeep is woeful.

The worst estate agents we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely money orientated, don't care about their clients at all. The apartment had damp everywhere and we had to ring them about 100 times before they bother to respond and still never sorted it out. When things needed fixing they drew it out as long as possible before having work done and even then it was to a poor standard. We were without any heating for over 6 months because they couldn't be bothered to fix it. They lied and said deposit would be repaid if we painted the property so we did to a very high standard and they still stole our money. There's so much more I could write but I just can't waste any more time on this awful company. Absolutely disgusting service! Definitely would not recommend them or ever use them again!! This is NOT A FAKE POST!! Your company is corrupt and should be investigated!!

I have been working with Platinum estates over 10 years. I found their services very professional and accommodating. They resolve all tenant issues with minimal hassle and manage all the incidents in regards to tenants. They are very proactive and work passionately to minimise any void periods and have always found them very helpful. Platinum estate employees are always up to date with their legal and professional knowledge and are trust worthy. I would recommend platinum estate to all especially to IT professionals who are often busy with their day and need full management of their properties.

I brought a new build property in Mickleover and rented it straight out with Platinum Estates. They looked after all aspects of the property and the requests of the tennant which left me with peace of mind. A year later I moved into the property and it was handed back to me in the exact same state that I had given it, which is an outstanding achievement considering I gave them a brand new house with no previous residents. Overall Im very pleased with the personal service recieved.

Very poor letting agents, terrible at communication and left lots of problems unresolved. Many issues were raised before moving into the house or in the first weeks and after leaving are still unresolved or were resolved by us. The previous tenants made us aware of all their issues with the agency a month into the tenancy and we experienced all the same issues. Wouldn't recommend this company.

I agreed with other tenants reviews on this unprofessional and appallingly run ‘business’. I have never experienced such terrible and insulting service and was made to feel like an inconvenience for the duration of the six month tenancy. None of the faults were ever attended to in the six months and when viewings were being arranged for new tenants the email correspondence was threatening and rude and simply unreasonable. No one ever called back and hid behind email replies and over the six months the experience had a very negative effect on myself and my partner. I would recommend that no one uses this company, they don’t deserve to have decent tenants the way they treat people.

PLATINUM ESTATES DERBY - Didn't even waste my time to a viewing with these in the end for a property they have listed for rent - before I could get any questions across they wanted to make a point of what their charges are, 1st month rent, holding fee and deposit total was more than £2300 for a (Overprised) property that was only £850. Per month - their holding deposit was DOUBLE any other agency charged AND was non refundable which was expected BUT when they say even if we aren't accepted by the landlord, we still went ahead and booked a viewing, only to be called the day before that they didn't want to be in the property all afternoon so wanted an OPEN GROUP VIEWING with others that were interested - JOKE COMPANY In for the money and nothing else, STAY CLEAR
