GoogleStaff are rude and unhelpful. I moved into a house with debt from previous tenants which they did nothing to reimburse. Had no heating for 2 weeks, leaking tap and a cooker and washing machine that didn't work. They are a disgrace did nothing to help until I threatened with environmental health.
