What a wonderful estate agent to have actually found a property with. Excellent from start to finish. We met Mohammed at the property for a viewing he was very professional and polite, had a smile all the time. He has dealt with our needs in a timely manner and communicated very well throughout the process. Staff over a phone call were very polite and helpful.

Reported a repair for my hot water tank at 7am panicking about no hot water / heating with a child in my property, by half 9 I had the lovely Pauline dealing with it and had contractors assigned almost straight away, was a very fast process and Pauline even rang me to give me the heads up about the contractor struggling to contact me to arrange coming out, she was so friendly and sorted it all very quickly, Parker & sons (Charlie) arrived at my property within half an hour of speaking to somebody at the office and now itβs all sorted. Big thank you to both of you :)

I have been a tenant for over six years. I have had regular inspections of my property however my recent experience with Debbie Jackon was outstanding. The inspection was thorough going through each room and the outside, discussing what was good as well as issues. She recorded each area describing the issues and taking photographs. Debbie was good to talk to, being a good listener and communicator. Thank you Debbie for making an inspection an enjoyable experience and not something to dread.
