Infact this agency is the worst I have seen so far...I put up to rent a property they asked for deposit I paid immediately they never called I kept calling to follow up ...they asked for all details and I supplied everything..only to call them today and they are telling me stories that does not add up.. DONT USE THIS AGENCY

I was confronted with a bungalow that had not been worked on for over 30 years. Mark Benson visited and gave us sound ideas on valuation and renovation. After we chose to renovate Tracey visited and gave a sound valuation and we agreed to put the property on the market. I had some concerns about not choosing an agent physically close, but my fears were groundless and irrelevant. The property reached above the asking price within a week. Lisa took us through the visits through the premises, that were all escorted by their staff and then Helen was a great help in the negotiations after a tricky survey. We made an extra £25k profit as a result of Mark's advice and the whole experience gave us huge confidence in Hall and Benson, Allestree. The Allestree office made me and my partners first experience renting our first “non student” homes absolutely fabulous and virtually stress free, Jessica Farrelly was simply amazing and I would recommend her to anyone, she replied to my emails and my numerous calls! So quickly and always replied with the information I needed, she really helped us sort out our guarantor and helped ease their minds about the whole process too, she’s so wonderful and friendly and if we are to let or buy again we will definitely try and go through her. Neil who helped us sign our tenancy agreement and explained everything to us was fabulous, funny and really welcoming 😊 Lastly the lady who showed us round Paula Offiler was really kind and lovely to talk to as she showed us round to say it was her first viewing without anyone she was amazing and a brilliant new asset to your team! I would just like to say how pleased I am with all the team at Hall and Benson Allestree, especially Helen, Tim and Lisa for the all the work they did for me. All though it took a little longer than expected due to the terrible times we are in, they all pulled through excellently and completed my home sale perfectly. I must say I feel a little sad not to get calls and updates any more and a chat and a bit of a laugh. Helen and Lisa have been marvellous in cheering me up when I felt down..thanks girls! And a big thank you to Tim for all your help too! Very professional people who are down to earth and very caring to their customers. We are renting a property with Hall and Benson. Hayley was really helpful in finding and showing us the available properties and taking us through the paperwork and getting us moved in. The process of moving in was easy with electronic contracts. The only downside was moving in took a bit longer than expected due to landlord living abroad.

Katie left me a voicemail to call her back, so I called within 20 minutes and in the middle of explaining which property I'm interested in, she just hung up on me.
