GoogleRented two properties through hall and benson. Both experiences have been good, they're quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Very proactive when there is a maintenance issue with in the property and always willing to work with the tenant.

Serious damp and mold in a house where tenants have respiratory conditions. Won't fix or even acknowledge it. No compensation - in fact, they try to over charge tenants! Avoid them!

GoogleIf you are a tenant the letting agents do not get consent for prospective viewings. They show people around your flat without even telling you. I’ve been totally unaware I have had viewings until after.
