It was very easy to book a viewing on line. At the viewing Gerilee's greeting was warm and welcoming, she was attentive but not overbearing. Unfortunately this one wasn't for me but thank you for making my first viewing, in 30 years, such a positive experience.

Had an issue with my boiler in the rental that is managed through Haart lettings. An issue with communication which was no fault of Claire from Haart, but when contacted regarding something else, I brought up the on-going issue regarding the boiler and Claire has taken complete ownership to resolve this swifly and with excellent communication.
