I arranged to see two properties with Haarts last Friday and member of staff, Matt could not have been more helpful. He provided a door to door service to both properties in the work pool car, which saved me a lot of time and aggravation. He was knowledgable, honest and extremely friendly. His service continued back at the office and he spent more time showing me properties fitting my criteria. The other staff in the office were equally as friendly. All in all a five star service and I would highly recommend them.

Nothing but issues since being with Haart. Can never get hold of anybody, not even in an emergency! Had several letters stating we hadn’t paid our rent, we had to provide evidence to show we had (on several occasions) No heating and hot water last winter, and after two weeks of them ignoring us after initially saying someone would be out to fix it, we spoke directly with the landlord and the problem was resolved the same day.
