GoogleMy overall experience of haart derby is there is a massive lack of communication. However my 5* review goes towards Claire Page. With every query I have had over the last 18 months of my tenancy, she has been there to answer, help and guide. Thankfully, all my issues have been resolved because of the communication from Claire and Claire alone.

GoogleHad my house for sale with Haart for around 6 months. Through this time they were good at keeping me upto date with information. I did on a few occasions have to chase them for information but on the whole they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Sam in particular was a great help. Even when the first sale fell through (no fault of Haart) they were very quick to get the property back on the market.

GoogleGiven that my expectations of estate agents was pretty low before, haart really went above and beyond throughout the sale of my house and turned this around completely! They gave me regular updates and I especially loved the open house day that they arranged. Ended up selling for more than I expected and will certainly be using them if I move again! This is how selling your house should be! I am really impressed!

The above traits are what I also personally look for when I take on work for letting agents.
