We put our bungalow on the market with Haarts in Derby. From the outset we were dealt with by pleasant people. Sasha Hall in particular came out to value our bungalow, wrote up the particulars, took some great photos, and then came back a few days later to take a video. We also spoke with Tom & Emily who kept us up to date with appointments for viewings, and in no time we had 4 offers above the asking price. We are now busy searching for a property in Chesterfield (to be closer to our grandson!). I give Haart 5 stars. As a partially sighted, ancient single mum of a uni student, I put off selling my flat because of having to show people around, explaining my circumstances over and over again, feeling like a fussy seller and buyer. I walked into Haart and was overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff and enthusiasm of Emily and Francesca. They understood my specific needs, took away all my fears about selling on my own. Francesca came around to value my flat, was honest and gave amazing tips about how to ensure my photos were top quality and even helped with some of the donkey work!. Emily took me under her wing and takes me to any Haart viewings and if they look after my potential vendors like they look after me at their other clients properties, then I am thrilled. As property buying and selling is one of the most stressful events in life I feel calm and relatively stress free. All calls to the office are answered with the same professional friendly attitude, what they say they’ll do, they do. Brilliant
