GoogleClaire definitely deserves a five-star review. I had some issues with my inventory, parking permit, and washing machine. Even though not everything was under her control and she wasn't the initial property manager for my property, she still tried her best to help and always kept me in the loop. I would definitely recommend her.

GoogleWe tried buying a house through Haart. The offer was accepted and we were asked to send in some paperwork which we did. However Haart did not respond to us for over a week and continued to take viewings. We unfortunately lost a house that we loved. We will not be viewing any more properties advertised by Haart. We have had a number of viewings with Haart and on each occasion they’ve been more than 15 minutes late. This is not acceptable.

I had the pleasure to be shown around by Amy Dawkins and secured one property that I was very eager to buy that had come back to the market. She was extremely helpful,conscientious and eager to help and was able to make sure I could get in to view them as soon as possible. She continues to update me with new properties that fit my hunting brief and is quick to notify me of any properties that have come back to the market. Extremely happy with the service. GoogleContacted haart estate agents to enquire about their letting service. Their response was prompt & professional. Emma contacted me with the Terms of Contract, and all queries were immediately responded to and the agreement was signed. The handover process with the existing tenants was easy and done at very short notice, and Emma handled the preparation of the property promptly and efficiently took care of regulatory requirements and necessary repairs. The property was well marketed and new tenants were found who potentially would be a good fit for the property The whole process took just 3 to 3.5 weeks, and am very glad that the new tenants and the property will be looked after by very capable and experienced handsPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWhat a great company to find a new start with. I was recently tasked to renovate a 2-bed house in ilkeston into a 3 bed. While renovating, I fell in love with the property and set about making it mine. Emma, the estate agent, and her associate kiara have been amazing; only 2 weeks ago, I got in contact with them to set the wheels in motion and my contracts are being drawn up, I am the kind of person who likes to get things done and so are these ladies, they are polite, attentive and answer every correspondence, whether it a email or phone call. Thank you, ladies, and I look forward to signing my contract

GoogleAfter struggling to purchase a property due to high demand, Emily at Haart contacted me to let me know about a property up for sale similar to one I'd viewed with them a couple of months previous, to see if I was still interested. From this point on she has been nothing but helpful, from arranging communications with a mortgage broker to maximise my budget, and by sending me information and booking viewings on a number of properties, until I have now finally had an offer accepted on one she recommended! The whole service has been friendly and personable, including any contact I've made with other members of the team. GoogleFrom the initial meeting with Sasha to the current communications with Amy, the experience has been one of honesty and professionalism. The marketing of my house was amazing I almost didn't recognise it!! Tom, Aaron and Amy planned the viewings for me ensuring my needs were met. Aaron also ensured that after an offer had been made, the viewings that had already been booked in that day were aware of the situation before arrival giving them fair opportunity. Amy demonstrated to me great negotiation skills and secured an acceptable offer. Thank you to the team (so far!), hopefully the sale will be quick and trouble free :)

She even put up with my venting after I disagreed with the initial pricing strategy which didn't seem to be working for me.
