GoogleI would highly recommend going through Derby haart lettings if you're looking to rent. The agent we were in contact with, Adriana, was excellent from the beginning. She explained everything to us from viewing to what would happen after, arranged us a viewing that went great and was able to answer any questions we had. She has excellent customer service skills and is a credit to Haart lettings. I shall recommend her and the company to any family/friends that require their services and, should I ever need them again, Adriana will be my first port of call. By far the best customer service and most helpful out of all the agents I spoke with from any company. GoogleNeeded some information in regards to renting out properties…called got transferred to head office and speak to some agent and for my shock this the worst call I have ever had..lady is no mood to listen what I am trying to say. God knows how come they are getting 5 start reviews when they don’t have even basic etiquettes to speak to customers. It’s fine by me as I will take my business somewhere else.

GoogleWe had a property to sell in Littleover, so asked a few estate agents to come, look round and let us know about the service they offer. Sasha from Haart came and immediately impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. Naturally, we selected Haart to sell our property and are glad that we did. GoogleI thought when it came to buying a property instead of selling then the customer service would be starkly different. This was not the case with Any from Haart. Approachable, friendly and very helpful. As a buyer I could not have asked for more. A brilliant middle man between seller and buyer. The photos of the property were reflective of the property and nothing misleading which you get from other estate agents. Highly recommend

GoogleClaire definitely deserves a five-star review. I had some issues with my inventory, parking permit, and washing machine. Even though not everything was under her control and she wasn't the initial property manager for my property, she still tried her best to help and always kept me in the loop. I would definitely recommend her.
