One of their flats has been advertised for a price but when I went to see it they presented me a different price and they were adamant that the price was not the same as the one posted on THEIR OWN ADVERT. The advert also said that the bills were included but surprise surprise, they were not. So now I was in a scenario where the property was significantly more expensive without any bills included compared to their ad on rightmove. The landlord also had to reschedule me twice for a viewing. On the first instance I was lucky that I called 45 minutes before as no one seemed to bother to at least call and inform me that the landlord had an emergency family issue and could not attend. Poor service, poor communication, poor choice on behalf of the agency on landlords who they work with. Complete waste of my time with false advertisement.NegativeProfessionalism, Value
