My partner and I had a very positive experience with Frank Innes estate agents, it was made easy and straight forward by Olivia Williams, she made us feel welcome and at ease, really couldn't recommend them enough as we had tried other companies but they just didn't seem to be invested in our needs where as Frank Innes are on the ball and really nice. My husband and I had the pleasure of being in the most professional and patient hands of Lydia Youle from the Derby Branch. We were fighting against time as I was due to have a baby end of May, and a few other hurdles along the way but Lydia worked so hard to help us achieve this. Honestly Lydia thank you so much for all your help, just saying thank doesn’t seem enough from us. We recently sold our house through this estate agents - they were very good - always helpful and they communicated very well! The staff were friendly, efficient and followed up every person who visited the property to get feedback which we found helpful! If you need an estate agent I would definitely recommend them! We have encountered other companies when we have been trying to purchase a property and to be honest some were very unhelpful - by comparison Frank Innes were by far the best!

According to Frank Innes they are just here to communicate with the landlord and ourselves nothing else. So you paying agent fees for nothing just to pass messages on!!! I’ve had a great response so far so anyone else that’s had issues email me @ crystaltbrown8@gmail. Com we need to highlight these issues on a bigger scale going to the Media, watchdogs. We are being treated like we do not matter, our money does not matter just the landlords. Let’s stand together and fight back. I have have recently moved out of a house chaddesden, I had issues with the landlord before moving however, always resolved issues myself even if it ment me paying for repairs to the property. Since moving out the agent are having trouble contacting the landlord I am currently in disputes about my deposit. The check in inventory states issues in which I have repaired but now the landlord is trying to charge over £2000 pounds for wear and tear. I have also got belongings stolen in which we had an agreement of when these things will be collected. I did report this matter to the police but they cannot help as the landlord is claiming that we didn’t have permission to collect the things on another day. I have evidence of check in and check out inventory. I just feel that will the housing crisis in the uk at the minute landlord are taking advantage of people and trying to scam money out of them, even when it’s evident that they are lying. I’m a young parent to 4 month old baby the property had mould, always payed rent on time. Most importantly I improved the property. In which the agents support and do nothing for their customers.

Criminally negligent. We rented from them, when we moved in there was broken glass, mould in the freezer, an actual knife in the shower (why?), rotting garden waste, etc. They lied about work which would be done before we moved in (and was never done). They failed to fix a hole in the roof or inform the landlord of it - can't be doing much good for the wooden supports! Obviously, when we moved out they assured us the house was clean and we wouldn't have to pay anything... Then tried to claim half the deposit, meaning we got none back for 4 months. Avoid.

I cannot put into words how thankful I am to have cooperated with LYDIA YOULE during my 26 months of tenancy! From the very beginning, she was just on top of everything. Besides her sharp professionalism, she was always patient, kind and a great listener to what I needed. She was always fair, honest and available at anytime. She did lots of chasing and liasing with the landlords whenever there was an issue with the flat and she was always informative and knowledgeable! I am really happy that I met her! Frank Innes have been amazing when purchasing our first home. Alice Lambert who showed us round the property and dealt with our sale was really helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. We did everything through Frank Innes/Countrywide and used their recommended mortgage adviser Lee Perkin and solicitors. Communication with Frank Innes was always easy and we received regular updates throughout the process. I would always recommend using Frank Innes Derby and the range of services they offer. Easy to work with, they were attentive during the whole process and were flexible with me, for example when I asked for extra viewings during the sales process I was able to go several times with contractors ready to start work the day after the transaction completed. Alice in particular was very helpful and was a good mediator between myself at the sellers as there were some sticking points during the process.
